Because each item from Crump & Co. is custom designed and made in-house, we don’t offer traditional returns or exchanges.
That said, we always want you to love your order! If there’s an issue with your item — like a defect, wrong size received, or print problem — please reach out within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right. 💌

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Crump & Co. is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if it has been delivered to the wrong address, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
While we are always happy to help point you in the right direction, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that have been marked as delivered or misdelivered by the carrier.
